A term for a hand-rolled joint or cigarette. It’s an older term, usually used by older generations, but it references the sensation that you’re gasping for breath after taking a particularly large hit off a joint, spliff, or cigarette. It usually refers to something rolled with particularly cheap and/or low-quality product.
