Step 1. Manager Portal: Buy Enrollment Codes

Get 20 - 40% off tuition costs by using Enrollment Codes. Simply buy any code batch and issue them securely whenever needed. This fixes enrollment-management issues faced by all Human Resources (HR) Departments and Multi-State Operators (MSO's). So this process is now SIMPLIFIED. Using our Manager Portal, the "Bulk Order" form lets you quickly re-order specific Enrollment Code batches since HR departments, managers, etc. know exactly what they need for compliance requirements.

Step 2. Manager User: Issue Enrollment Codes

After purchasing Enrollment Codes, you are sent an order completion email that will contain your Enrollment Codes in a "Plain Text" document & Excel (CSV) file attachment. PLUS, securely access codes under order details in your "My Account" area where it'll indicate which ones are redeemed. If you have our Manager Portal enabled, then you'll be able to simply issue Enrollment Codes via email and/or SMS text messaging capabilities that'll securely send codes to each individual team member.

Step 3. Team Members: Redeem Secure Code

Once a team member has activated an Enrollment Code, this will always mark their individual code as "redeemed" in your "My Account" and will instantly enroll them into the training(s) assigned. All signed-in users will be able to ACTIVATE codes from basically anywhere using any redemption form, log-in, sign-up, etc. page(s), so we've intentionally inserted this everywhere. Then our Learning Management System (LMS) provides you with front-end reporting, and full user management for your team members, along with being able to add, edit and remove users, in addition to other capabilities.

Activate Enrollment

Email, SMS text message, download CSV, etc... all Enrollment Codes are generated within your "My Account" order details area and are available for download and via email notifications similar to any "normal" enrollment. When a code batch is purchased, you'll be sent the "normal" order completion email, which will include a copy of your Enrollment Codes in plain text along with a CSV attachment.

Manager Portal Users (Requires 1-Time Approval)

If you're an approved Manager Portal user then Enrollment Codes can easily be sent via email/SMS messages. Access to Enrollment Codes is available instantly upon creating an order regardless of payment method, so for example, if you choose to pay via an "Invoice" (Net-30 Terms) payment method - that's only available to Manager Portal users - an order will remain in a "Processing" status until the check payment via postal mail is deposited before it's marked as being "Complete".

My Account (Order Details Area)

As mentioned, Enrollment Codes products are purchased in the same manor as when enrolling into anything else on our platform since each code batch is directly linked to an order's details (in your My Account area). Once it's created, your secure codes are valid for redemption. In addition to accessing the details of each unique code batch, the "Orders" details display an indicator of whether a unique code is either "Invalid", "Redeemed", "Available", or "Expired" in code batches purchased.

Enrollment Management

Basically anywhere on our website... signed-in users can redeem "Enrollment Codes" from the top-meu called "Activate Code" from anywhere on our platform. Once anyone is enrolled in our Learning Management System (LMS), we additionally provide a redemption area everywhere in our LMS that adds a single code activation field where it'll accept Enrollment Codes. This is generally available on all of the learner dashboard, pages, etc. as an easy way to make enrolling for all learners very simple.

Code Activation

Anyone can purchase Enrollment Codes... simply click on the "Bulk Order" menu option from your manager portal and you will see a product table of Enrollment Codes that are currently available to be purchased. This is a useful tool for B2B commerce and especially Multi-State Operators (MSO's). This helps provide enterprise-level organizations the ability to quickly enroll team members which helps to maintain all compliance requirements, especially as Human Resource (HR) Departments often know exactly what they're looking for, will have repeating enrollments, and know exactly what the team will need.

Important Note: All Manager Portal user accounts have "Invoice Payments" (Net-30 Terms) enabled to "buy now" and "pay later" for your Enrollment Codes (plus get 20 - 40% OFF tuition costs when buying multi-quantity codes) to use for future onboarding of new hires or re-certifying current ones. Our Enrollment Code functionality makes handling all of those complex scenarios surrounding B2B-commerce scenarios easy in the cannabis industry. The "Bulk Order" functionality is an added bonus that allows for quickly ordering code batches.

In complex compliance environments such as the cannabis industry, our "Purchase List" functionality provides all Manager Portal users with an easy, quick way for enterprise organizations to order or re-order specific training. This is an important functionality, as many government regulators and legal jurisdictions will have annual compliance training requirements that have to be re-order periodically.

List Functionality

Easily create "Purchase Lists" that can be added via 1-click to your cart which allows Manager Portal users to easily re-order along with editing or deleting custom lists as training needs evolve. Create legal-jurisdiction-based "Purchase Lists" to ensure you're meeting compliance requirements that'll freeing-up your time by eliminating all of those time-consuming tasks (ex. save your current cart as a "Purchase List" to easily share or re-order again when it's needed, etc.). By allowing Manager Portal users to create specific "State/Province/Territory/etc. Purchase Lists", your management team won't need to worry about meeting government training requirements as each list will ensure compliance.

Primary Account & Manager Subaccounts

Most features in the Manager Portal are also integrated with our "Subaccount" functionality (ex. so you can easily share your "Purchase Lists" organization-wide with other manager subaccounts, etc.). So, what this really means for your team is that any manager who's been set up with a Subaccount to purchase training for their team can also have permission to view/share any "Purchase Lists" that an organization has created for them to use (other permissions can be managed for "Subaccounts" too).

Manage everything code-related in your "My Account"... as always, when a batch of codes is purchased, the user who's buying the Enrollment Codes is sent the "normal"  order completion email (just like any "normal" enrollment when activating code), BUT yours will include also include a copy of the code batch in plain text and in a CSV attachment. To download Enrollment Codes that you've purchased, you'll have access to code details - including a visual indicator if the codes have been redeemed or not - on the "Orders" details page in the "My Account" area to download code batches.

In addition, Manager Portal users will be able to monitor training data for their team members only, allowing effective privacy controls, and team members will only have access to the specific training that you've located to their account. We've EXTENDED the capabilities that are found in any Learning Management System (LMS), so empower Manager Portal users with enterprise features (plus more).

We accept every payment method out there... we'll accept anything from Bitcoin to credit cards, but we've found that Manager Portal users' preferred payment type for Enrollment Codes is via an "Invoice" method. If invoicing is used, when an order is created there's "Invoice" is immediately sent via email that'll also include a PDF file that is available for download and used to submit to accounting as a payable "Invoice" that requires payment within thirty (30) days (Net-30 Terms) from order date.

Payment Methods

Invoice Payment Gateway (Manager Portal Users)

If "Invoice" payments (Net-30 Terms) are the preferred method by your enterprise, once you've placed a code-batch order, an electronic "Invoice" (PDF file) is also generated in your Manager Portal or any Subaccount(s). It'll display in the Manager Portal or Subaccount(s), where orders will be placed into a "Processing" status, but the Enrollment Codes will always be available even if the order hasn't been "officially paid" to start enrolling the team members into their training without any delays whatsoever!

Important Note: Once we receive your "Invoice" check payment via through postal mail or by bank wire, etc. so once invoiced orders are paid then our team will manually mark your Enrollment Code order with a "Complete" status (you’ll receive an email notification once we've verified all payments).

Enrollment Codes & Order Statuses

Most payment methods will go automatically to a "Complete" status due to all electronic payments being received immediately after ordering (ex. credit cards, Line-of-Credit (LOC), etc.). If any order does change to a "Refunded" status (ex. as requested by the customer, etc.) or a "Failed" status (ex. credit card company rejects the payment, etc.) then all Enrollment Codes associated with that order's code-batch are voided. If someone tries to redeem an Enrollment Code that's associated with an order that's been canceled, an error message will indicate the secure code is no longer available for redemption.

Go to your My Account "Orders" area... when Enrollment Codes are purchased, each code batch is bought based specifically on the number of codes and that'll be what's associated with every separate order's quantities. This allows you to generate as many codes as you need based on the order's quantity and unique codes from that batch are then issued securely and created as you need to redeem them in the future. Whenever anyone buys a certain quantity of codes, they can track redemption in their My Account in the "Orders" area to see whether or not a code is "Valid" or "Redeemed" and check other statuses.
