Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division
Marijuana in Colorado is legal for both medical-use and recreational adult-use. Voters approved Amendment 20 to allow the use of marijuana for approved patients with medical consent and passing Amendment 64 led to legalization.
The Colorado General Assembly mandated that the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) monitor the scientific data and medical literature on marijuana use patterns and health effects associated with marijuana use. The Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) regulates occupational license, to work you’ll have to get a badge (MED Badge) that allows individuals to work for MED licensed medical and retail marijuana facilities or industry vendors.
In Colorado, the MED has approved businesses to provide the Responsible Vendor Training Program. Only training programs that have been approved by the MED can administer the Responsible Vendor Training Program and confer the “Responsible Vendor” designation to any medical marijuana centers and retail marijuana stores. It was developed to assist medical marijuana centers and retail marijuana stores in finding appropriate public health and required training.
In addition to legalization, there have been more progressive marijuana bills to increase safe marijuana access, HB 19-230 is the marijuana hospitality bill that allows for social consumption in approved facilities such as dispensaries, hotels, and restaurants. And HB 19-234 will make marijuana delivery legal in jurisdictions that allow it, so these brand-new developments in Colorado’s regulated marijuana market will infuse even more job opportunities into the state’s thriving industry.
Colorado’s new wave of marijuana hospitality and delivery jobs has proven to be promising for Colorado residents and those interested in a career within the industry. Colorado passed the very first recreational or adult-use laws in 2012 and the marijuana industry has continued to stay progressive with the development of hospitality and social consumption, and private residence delivery regulations.

Accessibility Compliant Platform
One of the biggest challenges that learners face today is "accessibility" in their eLearning solutions. Our platform is American Disability Act (ADA), Accessible Canada Act, etc. compliant, and why we started our "Industry Impact Program".
We are sensitive to disabilities so we provide closed-captioning (sub-titles) for hearing-impaired and screen readers for visually-impaired individuals who want to learn. We have worked extensively to MEET these "accessibility" standards.
Our platform is composed of a complex system with many aspects of development that are always evolving so "accessibility" is NOT a state so it's a continuous process of improvement in response to our learners and platform functionality.
