Retail Dispensary Technician Certification

This is our primary dispensary certification to increase customer retention and decrease risk with modern cannabis science, product types, and sales training. Dispensary Technicians (aka “Budtenders”) work in medical and recreational dispensaries and in both licensed operations. They’ll handle a wide range of tasks when onboarding new team members, this certification is used by Multi-State Operators (MSOs) to “Mom-and-Pop” shops to ensure teams are properly trained.
