Get 20 - 40% off tuition costs by using Enrollment Codes, simply buy codes now then issue them securely whenever needed & helps to fix enrollment management issues faced by HR Departments & Multi-State Operators (MSO's) so this process is now SIMPLIFIED.

In our Manager Portal, the "Bulk Order" form lets you quickly order Enrollment Codes since HR Departments, etc. know exactly what they need & will re-order.
Manager Portal

Simply issue Enrollment Codes via your Manager Portal that'll provide you email and/or SMS text messaging capabilities to securely send codes to all team members.
2. Manager Portal: Issue Enrollment Codes
After purchasing, you are sent an order completion email that will contain your Enrollment Codes in a "Plain Text" document & Excel (CSV) file attachment. PLUS, access secure code under order details in the "My Account" area that'll indicate which ones are redeemed.
3. Team Members: Redeem Secure Code
Once an Enrollment Code is activated, this will mark each individual code as "redeemed" in the Manager Portal & all team members are then instantly enrolled into their assigned training(s) & within our Learning Management System (LMS) you'll monitor their progress.

How It Works
Learning Credit Agreement (LCA) Functionality is Different From How “Normal” Payment Methods Work Since They’re Treated as “Real Money” ($$$) so VERY Much Like a Pre-Paid “Credit Card”.
Step 1: Buy Learning Credit Agreement
When you buy a Learning Credit Agreement (LCA) it allows you to purchase any specified amount of Learning Credits ($$$) to easily SHARE with all of your team members for enrollment (review “LCA Management” security options available).
You purchase an LCA balance for whatever specified amount your team needs to use (it is advised to buy only a few months “worth of credit”) and NEW LCA’s can be created anytime (ex. multi-operators will create ones per location, team, etc.).


Step 2: Share Learning Credit Agreement
After a Learning Credit Agreement (LCA) is purchased, you will have the option to immediately share Learning Credits with your team (aka “gift to someone else”), and we will configure security restrictions to ENSURE your LCA is not abused.
Our platform sends an email notification with your unique LCA code for your team to pay using Learning Credits, but you have the option to send to yourself (aka “send to me”) to CONTROL the sharing of the LCA by adding custom security.
Step 3: Manage Learning Credits
Our platform manages Learning Credits through our UNIQUE online tool that’s available anytime to manage transactions, validates your balance, enables team member enrollments, and monitors the entire organization’s training budget.
When using Learning Credit it’ll track training transactions, validate team member enrollments, and maintain precise records of collective teams and each individual training statistics to manage the overall training needed within your organization.


Step 4: Learning Credit Payments
Once the Learning Credit Agreement (LCA) code is shared with your team, they’ll be able to enroll using Learning Credits as their “payment method” via the “Apply Coupon” field during their enrollment to PAY using your LCA’s available balance.
When the LCA balance is nearing zero ($0), and if the cost to enroll is greater than the current account VALUE, you can buy another LCA to consolidate funds OR use a secondary payment method (ex. credit card) to use your remaining LCA balance.
