This refers to the state of depleted cannabis whose contents have been thoroughly used up leaving behind an ash residue. Cannabis smokers use the term to describe a bowl that has been smoked out until all resin is gone and there is nothing but ash. Cannabis that has reached its cashpoint should be emptied and repacked.
