What You’ve Done

I’m coming in new to the cannabis industry at the present time, but in a recent venture I was able to grow sales for the business apx 40% over 3 years; doing so through improving my own product knowledge to a level of expertise where I could quickly and succinctly educate others on the fly, and keep my staff at a baseline level that made them conversational with our more well versed clientele.

What You've Learned

My organizational skills, and attention to detail lend towards quickly analyzing situations, recognizing obstacles and creating solutions or alternative avenues to success.
My unyeilding need to learn something new and push myself to do better every day ensures that I’m never complacent or completely content with good, always striving towards perfection and hoping to at least get great.
My experience working and living in many different and diverse cultural locations around the country has helped me to be able to read the room and get a pulse on the heartbeat of a culture or community. Being able to diffuse some tense moments and elevate some positive ones. Along with experience working for companies with very high execution standards this has helped me to create lasting memories with my clientele that bring repeat business and grow local market share through word of mouth reputation.
