We want to clarify that we do not offer the training for the Montana Worker Permit Certification due to regulations set by the Department of Revenue, which stipulate that training can only be conducted through their website.

The Montana Cannabis Control Division has introduced an education program tailored for individuals aspiring to secure a Montana Worker Permit Certification. This initiative underscores the division’s commitment to fostering a well-informed workforce, adept at navigating the complexities of cannabis sales and committed to upholding the highest standards of social responsibility. The program comprises two courses, designed to be taken annually and provided only through the Department of Revenue. This includes an examination of compliance requirements, operational guidelines, and the legal implications of non-compliance

  • Identifying, Preventing, and Reporting Human Trafficking – equips participants with the knowledge necessary to combat human trafficking.
  • Rules & Regulations: Legal Sales of Marijuana in Montana – provides an overview of the legal framework governing the sale of cannabis in the state. 

Upon successful completion of both courses and quizzes, participants are awarded certificates of completion, available for download and sent via email. These certificates, valid for the duration of the annual certification cycle, must be presented as part of the worker permit application process and retained for personal and professional records. This education program serves as a prerequisite for obtaining a Montana Worker Permit Certification.

70% Passing Grade

A passing grade of 70% or above is REQUIRED (for the majority) of all your assessments & there’s immediate “correct feedback” on “incorrect answers” so you will have unlimited attempts to pass.

You’ll get a printable certificate suitable for framing & a digital badge to show PROOF on LinkedIn, websites & emails of your industry skills, and/or use when you’re applying to jobs.

While we don’t offer a complete free certification trial, we do provide a 90-day trial period. This allows you to experience a snippet of our training and get a feel for our unique online micro-learning approach. If you find you need more than 90 days, simply re-enroll for another trial period.
