What You’ve Done

I am most proud of being a mom and a determined, loyal worker, as it has heavily increased my levels of patience and understanding. My teamwork skills are immaculate, and I absolutely love being able to assist people in things that will make their day-to-day life easier! I’ve always been known to go above and beyond, even gaining an inventory manager position at a past job due to the amount of work I- happily- put in! I am very intuitive, and empathetic. I feel that I am great at approaching customers and making them comfortable.

What You've Learned

1. Patience. With a two-year-old, patience is key! I am very calm under pressure, in fact I sometimes enjoy it! I am quick at assessing situations and figuring out how to react to others rationally, even with problems at hand. This skill has aided me heavily in assisting and calming angry customers, and I have never gotten any customer complaints!

2. Empathy. My understanding of how others feel has heavily influenced how I approach others. I like to assess how a person feels and speaks in order to best address them. I do fairly well at reading others, and I have always been very intuitive.

3. Positive Mindset. I have always believed that if you have a smile on your face, you’re going to put a smile on at least one others’ face! I try to keep the best state of mind, even throughout the most stressful circumstances. This has always been a very helpful attribute to both customers and employees!

Your Next Mission

I am very passionate about helping others who deal with medical issues, like myself. I enjoy seeing other people have relief from cannabis, and I heavily enjoy learning all about it! I cannot wait to hear more information from customers about how certain products and strains effect them. Being a bud tender is an important job, aiding others in learning about the medicinal properties of cannabis, and I am just so excited to learn everything that I can.
