Being new to the industry in this capacity, I’m here to learn everything I can about the plant and how to best educate customers. After that, I’d love to get to a position that would be considered a job you would want to retire from as most dream of when going into a new venture. One where I never think of leaving and that I feel safe from being let go. One that educates and motivates me every day. Salary and benefits alongside these would be icing on the cake.
