Our digital wallet funds work like “gift cards” for your team (ex. store credits, account funds, gift cards or certificates, etc. all of these are essentially the same thing). Your team can simply use the digital wallet funds as a “payment method” when you share your digital funds for them to EASILY enroll anytime.
Digital wallet funds are simple since we assign a monetary value “credit” to your account and simply deduct it whenever there’s an enrollment (no more hassles with reimbursing employees). It provides a POWERFUL, “all-in-one” solution so you can easily manage enrollments as needed until all of the balance is consumed.
This allows your team to utilize digital wallet funds for their enrollments instead of using their personal credit card and then being reimbursed for training expenses and reduces the amount of paperwork in the Human Resources (HR) departments. Organizations have found this helpful to provide training to their team since you can pre-purchase digital wallet funds and easily ALLOCATE them to their team.

How It Works
Digital Wallet Funds Functionality is Different From How “Normal” Payment Methods Work Since They’re Treated as “Real Money” ($$$) so VERY Much Like a Pre-Paid “Gift Card”.
Step 1: Buy Digital Wallet Funds
When you buy a Digital Wallet Funds, it allows you to purchase any specified amount of digital funds ($$$) to easily SHARE with all of your team members for enrollment (review “LCA Management” security options available).
You purchase a wallet balance for whatever specified amount your team needs to use (it is advised to buy only 2 – 3 months “worth of credit”) and NEW funds can be added at anytime (ex. multi-operators will create ones per location, team, etc.).Step 2: Share Digital Funds
After Digital Wallet Funds are purchased, you will have the option to immediately share digital funds with your team (aka “gift to someone else”), and we’ll configure security restrictions to ENSURE that your LCA is not abused.
Our platform sends an email notification with your unique LCA code for your team to pay using Digital Wallet Funds, but you have the option to send it to yourself (aka “send to me”) to CONTROL the sharing of the LCA by adding your custom security.
Step 3: Manage Wallet Funds
Our platform manages Digital Wallet Funds through our UNIQUE online tool that’s available anytime to manage transactions, validate your balance, enable team member enrollments, and monitor the entire organization’s training budget.
When using Digital Wallet Funds, it’ll track training transactions, validate team member enrollments, and maintain precise records of collective teams and each individual training record to manage the overall organization’s training needs.
Step 4: Digital Wallet Funds
Once the Digital Wallet Funds code is shared with your team, they’ll be able to enroll using digital funds as their “payment method” via the “Apply Coupon” field during their enrollment to PAY using your LCA’s available balance.
When the LCA balance is nearing zero ($0), and if the cost to enroll is greater than the current account VALUE, you can buy another LCA to consolidate funds OR use a secondary payment method (ex. credit card) to use your remaining LCA balance.
