Purchase limits are the maximum amount of cannabis that a consumer is allowed to be prescribed or purchase from a dispensary. This amount varies depending on the government regulations and whether the consumer is a medical patient or an adult-use consumer. Some jurisdctions have daily limits; others have monthly limits and purchase limits were created in an effort to minimize diversion to the illicit market.
