Green CulturED is committed to engaging with our readers and taking action based on their suggestions, complaints, and other feedback. Readers may help us develop an individual story or line of coverage, answer questions that a story may raise, identify related or under-covered issues, and teach us about the cannabis industry and diverse sources, experts, and perspectives. We believe that educational organizations have a responsibility to engage with the public on the values, issues, and ideas of the times and that Authorized Training Providers (ATPs) organizations have much to gain in return.
We understand the invaluable role that feedback plays in the continual improvement and evolution of our content. We believe that our audience’s insights not only enhance the quality of our work but also align our efforts with the needs and interests of our global community. This policy outlines how we approach and handle feedback, reflecting our commitment to transparency, engagement, and continuous growth. Actionable feedback may:
- Further, develop an individual story or line of coverage.
- Help answer questions that a story may raise.
- Help identify related questions or issues that the audience, including demographic segments of that audience, is discussing or is concerned about.
- Yield education and diverse sources and experts.
We actively encourage and welcome feedback from our readers, contributors, and stakeholders. Feedback may be submitted through various channels, including comments on our website, email surveys, social media interactions, and other forms of direct communication. We value all perspectives and consider every piece of feedback a vital resource, so we’re committed to interacting with the readers in several ways:

We are proud of keeping this openness as a priority, in line with the nature of our open platform. Our dedicated team reviews feedback and categorizes it to ensure appropriate action. Whether it’s a suggestion for improvement, a commendation, or a concern, we commit to considering each piece of feedback with diligence and care.
