I have been in the food industry for 30 years, I have my food safety certification, I have taken a food and wine pairing course as well. I have expanded into the travel industry and specialize in the Marriott Hotels. I am looking to take my business to next level.

What You've Learned

I love to create a persons vision in my edible baskets and many of my clients are cannabis users. They constantly ask for infusions but as a professional I want my products to be safe and that takes knowledge.
