I’m not a perfect employee. I mess up a lot and get things wrong. I may get overwhelmed at times, but I always pull it together and figure out any situation once I have time to think about it. I do my best at everything I put my mind to and work hard to learn and understand things that I can’t do. I practice daily on my traits that could be better, as a person and as a Manger. I’m an exceptional person once you get to know me, and I try to keep my employees, family, friends, and my patients happy and laughing all the time.
What You've Learned

I’ve learned there are a lot of things I could work on, personally and professionally. There are character traits as a Manger that I could improve to help run my store better, which I have been trying to do better. There is information about the business aspect of Rootdown, along with better knowledge of computers to help better serve my company.
Your Next Mission

My next mission is to work on myself first and be the best I can be. Decide what I want to do from here once I know all the information that I need to do this job correctly and proficiently, then maybe I would look into a higher up position. As of right now, I am currently happy right where I am, bettering myself.
