Kentucky
Kentucky, the leading state for hemp production, passed a bill on March 30, 2023, to legalize medical cannabis statewide. The bill is now awaiting the governor’s signature. There is still no infrastructure in place for patients to legally purchase their cannabis. Kentucky cannabis training requirements have not been established as of yet, updates will be provided by the Medical Cannabis Advisory Committee of Kentucky.
