Mississippi
Following years of court challenges, Mississippi became the 37th state to legalize medical cannabis when Governor Tate Reeves signed the Mississippi Medical Cannabis Act in February 2022. The state requires all agents to take Responsible Vendor Training annually to meet Mississippi cannabis training requirements put in place by the Department of Revenue (MDOR).
