Oklahoma
Oklahoma’s medical cannabis market, launched in 2018, features approximately 400 dispensaries in Oklahoma City alone. Despite this thriving medical market, voters rejected a ballot initiative to legalize recreational cannabis in March 2023. Hemp and CBD are legalized in tandem with the regulatory bodies that are expected to roll out Oklahoma Cannabis training requirements.
