Idaho
Cannabis is illegal in Idaho for both medical and recreational use. The state has some of the strictest cannabis laws in the U.S., with no medical cannabis program in place or  Idaho Cannabis Training Laws at this time. Advocacy efforts for legalization in the state exist but face significant opposition. Efforts continue to change the policies surrounding Idaho’s cannabis market.
