South Dakota
South Dakota voters approved medical cannabis in 2020, establishing a regulated market for patients with qualifying conditions. However, a 2020 ballot initiative to legalize recreational cannabis was overturned by the state Supreme Court. As of now, recreational cannabis remains illegal, but efforts to legalize it continue through advocacy and legislative attempts. There are currently no Tennessee Cannabis Training regulations.
