Virgin Islands
The U.S. Virgin Islands legalized medical cannabis in 2019, but the program is still being developed and implemented. Recreational cannabis remains illegal. Efforts are ongoing to establish a comprehensive regulatory framework and to open dispensaries for medical patients as well as the Virgin Islands Cannabis training regulations.
