Maryland
Maryland cannabis training programs support licensee compliance and enhance the safety of Maryland medical cannabis patients, adult-use consumers, and industry employees. All registered cannabis business agents in Maryland must complete an MCA-approved Responsible Vendor Training by January 1, 2025. All cannabis agents are required to take this training annually for safety and compliance.
