Wyoming
Cannabis is illegal in Wyoming for both medical and recreational use. The state has some of the strictest cannabis laws in the U.S., with no medical cannabis program in place. Advocacy for legalization exists, but legislative progress has been minimal. Efforts continue to change the state’s cannabis policies. Wyoming cannabis training laws have not been established for the state.
