In a cannabis dispensary, the Front of House (FOH) is the customer-facing part of the business. It often includes a receptionist or greeter who will check Identificatin (ID) and manage a queue. It’s also where customers and patients talk with dispensary agents to find the products they’re looking for and eventually check out and purchase those products. Maintaining a friendly, informative, organized, and efficient environment in the front of house is imperative for dispensary success.
