In New Hampshire, medical cannabis has been legal since 2013, allowing patients with qualifying conditions to access cannabis through state-regulated dispensaries. However, recreational cannabis remains illegal despite several legislative attempts to legalize it, advocacy for adult-use legalization continues. There are no current New Hampshire Cannabis training requirements.
