A method of smoking cannabis which consists of hollowing out a cigar, filling it with cannabis, and re-rolling it. Blunts tend to be the favorite method of smoking at parties, because one blunt, even with a dozen people smoking it, can burn for a long time. The method was originally nicknamed after the Phillies Blunt brand of cigars. ‘Dutchies’ referring to blunts rolled from Dutch Master cigars, is another common name. People who avoid tobacco are generally averse to smoking blunts, because most cigar casings are made from tobacco leaf.
