New Jersey
New Jersey legalized medical cannabis in 2010, providing access to patients with qualifying conditions through a regulated dispensary system. In November 2020, voters approved a ballot measure to legalize, and adult-use sales began in April 2022. The state has established a regulated market and is pending New Jersey cannabis Training requirements. New Jersey continues to refine its cannabis laws to ensure and safety.
