The curriculum is anchored in the Federal OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standard, emphasizing the need for employers to implement effective measures to protect their workforce from the dangers posed by bloodborne pathogens such as Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, HIV, and others. It caters to a range of professionals including healthcare workers, emergency responders, tattoo artists, and maintenance staff, among others, who are at increased risk of exposure due to their occupational roles, including those in the cannabis industry.

The course content is meticulously structured to facilitate a deep understanding of bloodborne pathogens, their modes of transmission, and the strategies for infection prevention.
