The administrative responsibilities of a Cultivation Supervisor are extensive, including the oversight of team member timecards via an HRIS timekeeping platform, managing schedules, handling time off requests, and conducting performance reviews and corrective actions as necessary. This role also demands active involvement in the preparation and adherence to the annual farm budget, ensuring that operations align with financial assumptions.

Effective communication is paramount, as the Cultivation Supervisor must liaise with greenhouse and field management, compliance personnel, processing and storage teams, security, and maintenance departments.
