Higher Celery, operated by BESTILLANDKNOW LLC, provides education and training courses designed to nourish the mind and offer a competitive edge to achieve higher goals, much like how celery juice nourishes the body. The platform offers courses such as the Colorado Responsible Cannabis Vendor Training Program, available in both live and automated formats. The Responsible Cannabis Vendor Program was developed by the State of Colorado to assist Medical and Retail Cannabis Stores in obtaining appropriate public health and compliance training for staff.

Cannabis employees and businesses that ensure all their employees successfully complete and maintain responsible vendor training, with biennial renewals, are designated as Responsible Vendors by the Program Provider and the State of Colorado. This certification is heavily considered by the state when reviewing licensing and other matters concerning cannabis businesses. Higher Celery has been certified and approved to offer this course by the Colorado Department of Revenue Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED). The courses are available for registration on their website, with options for automated or live courses via Google Meets.
